Welcome to GrowJoy ABA!

We are so glad you are here!

We created GrowJoy ABA to be a safe landing place for families navigating an autism diagnosis. We know this journey can feel overwhelming, and we hope we can provide support, guidance, and a sense of community along the way.

Our team works to truly understand each child — their challenges, their strengths, and what makes them uniquely them. We partner with families to help children grow meaningful skills and build a future where your whole family can thrive with more joy and connection.

Our Guiding Principles

In autism services, words like compassionate, child-led and values-based are often thrown around.

For us, these are not just buzzwords—they’re commitments.

We believe values only matter when they show up in daily practice. That’s why we clearly define our values and design our systems to support them.

At GrowJoy, we empower clinicians with sustainable caseloads, meaningful training, and a supportive work environment—because when clinicians are supported, children and families receive the compassionate, thoughtful care they deserve.

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

I found my way into into Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in 2019. Since then, with the guidance of incredible mentors and clinicians, I developed a strong belief in the power of ABA to empower clients and families while supporting compassionate, values-driven service delivery.
This shared belief, along with the opportunity to collaborate with Briana and Ashley—BCBAs who hold similar values—inspired me to co-found GrowJoy ABA.
In my clinical work, I have supported early-intervention toddlers as well as autistic children and adolescents with complex developmental needs, including co-morbid diagnoses such as ADHD, blindness, SYNGAP1-related disorder, and intellectual disability. I have a particular interest in improving severe or dangerous behaviors and sleep for children and families.
Outside of work, I enjoy sharing good food with my family, taking my dog Levi swimming, and traveling.
